The National AIDS Secretariat (NAS) is the pivotal governmental organization dedicated to coordinating, managing, and implementing strategies and programs aimed at preventing and controlling the spread of HIV/AIDS in The Gambia. Established with a mission to combat the HIV/AIDS epidemic, NAS has a rich history of serving the nation since 2000.
